Saturday, late afternoon on the Central Coast of California, sitting in Starbucks posting this silly blog, it is kind of exciting tho. I love the accompaniment of Andrea to the forming of words in this brain of mine.
I heard the mocking bird this morning as the dawn broke grey and dim. The sun comes out eventually and I adore the sun.
I used to live in the Pacific Northwest, a place of rugged wild and pristine beauty. However the sun rarely shone for days, weeks, months at a time and mockingbirds don't live there---they enjoy a warmer clime as do I.
Chee, chee, chee---pouree, pouree, pouree----Bye 4 now.

Blustery wind on the Central Coast of CA blows the sweet tune of the mockingbird away. I guess it will be blowing here thru August. Not into wind!!
Crows pecking at shadows, early morning. Later calling from a pine branch. Hope to hear the mockingbird this evening.
